ORION
Walking on Water and Breaking Glass (Orion Discovers the Sky and Fills It With Stars)
Orion walks the ocean floor and finds that it is made of glass, thin and cracked, his weight is all it takes and the ocean falls to whatever lies below. Orion falls too, and the ocean rushes him through the shattered floor, splintering him to pass through the cracks. He is thrown – tossed – pummeled by the force of the sea's passion as it swallows the space below. He hits something – not a bottom, but a top. Orion's fall through the ocean's fragile floor breaking glass and walking on water has left him suspended, walking on the sky.
Orion walks the ocean floor and finds that it is made of glass – it shatters under him and the bottom drops out, loosing the ocean to unknown depths. In landing Orion is left stranded in the heavens among the rubble of stars.
